I have appreciated your review for DEV-D but i have some complaints.Firstly,Kalki has done a good job despite her accent. Then the film isnt 3 hours long, its 2 and a half hours long.Yet i was never bored of the film.i think the movie is easily the best film i saw this year.lastly, this movie deserved 4 stars.
THIS MOVIE IS JUST AMAZING AND ACCEPTABLE IN MANY WAYS,TODAY' GENERATION HAVE GONE MAD AND I AM ONE OF THEM.MUSIC IS SO HEART DRIVEN THAT U CAN'T STOP. THAT'S HOW MOVIE SHOULD BE MADE WHICH ADDRESSES YOUNGESTER
a movie that I did not expect coming out of India. very well made. Though I do not agree with Raj Sen's comment on Kalki Koechlin's acting. She has given a brillian/multidimensional performance - in fact so good that she might get typcast as kothwali in indian movies. Similarly Doel is great too - Raja, my man, acting does not have to be spelled just through the means of dialogs and dramatics - it should fit your character and that is what Deol has delivered.
a review befitting the movie; hats off Anurag Kashyap, Raja Sen... your words "no detail is an accident" will make me go back to the movie and watch it all over again...
Another failed review by Rediff. "Dev D" has been acknowledged by all as the 2nd universal success after "Raaz: The Mystery Continues". Stop the reviewer "or" stop writing reviews.

"Dev D" has been acknowledged by all as the 2nd universal success after "Raaz: The Mystery Continues"- The later 1 can never touch the artistic and box office value of Dev D
