My prayers to him
by Vinodh kumar on Dec 30, 2009 02:51 PM

I am from Thrissur and i happen to spend 3 years at Blore, then only i came to know about Vishnuvardhan. He is a softspoken guy and a decent gentleman. Shocking to hear the sad news as he is not that old. I pray for his soul to rest in peace.

Great actor &person
by vijay on Dec 30, 2009 02:51 PM

My sincere condolences to an actor who stood apart from others on B.O standings, as an individual, fan following. he was a no-nonsense actor who was loved not only by fans, but also by his colleagues irrespective of their age, status etc. A thorough professional rare to be seen in his or his immediate generation actors. May his soul live in peace.

Well I agree that causing public inconvenience is not correct, but it is the apathy shown by the non-locals which causes it to a large extent. It is like somebody in your family dies and guests in the same house are not even bothered and walk around the dead body ask who the heck is this guy?

All those who comment on people being brainless just for the fact that they pelt stones, show me one country/state in this entire world which hasnt been witness to such mindless act. Eye Opener or what ever the hell your name is. i guess you need to realize that this act is solely not restricted to this state alone. There are lots of such instances which can be quoted. Make no mistake im not supporting these perpetrators. On a discussion forum its wise not to blame a specific community which by the way is very easy.

its a security measures
by uday kumar on Dec 30, 2009 02:47 PM

dont think its a mark of respect, holidays are given due to security measures, many times buses, autos and transport vehicles will be off the road which will adversely affect the students and the general public. violence may also not be ruled out.

Sudden demise of Mr.Vishnu Vardhan the hero of kannada cinema
by rao.kurudi rao.kurudi on Dec 30, 2009 02:47 PM  | Hide replies

I am deeply shocked heaaring the sudden demise of Mr.Vishnuvardhan the actor. I have been watching his movies right from Nagara havu. It is strange coincidence that he followed Mr.Aswath his teacher in the film Nagara havu. After the loss of Dr.Raj Kumar Kannada film industry is already handicapped with only remaining versatile actors like Mr.Vishnuvardhan. Now with this unfortunate event it is another blow to Kannada cinema. I request you to convey my heartfelt condolences to his family to whom the Almighty shall bestow the mental strength to bear this loss. K. Pandurangarao JP Nagar B'lore

Dear Mr.Rao.

It is not KS Ashwath who died yesterday. It is C Aswath who was known as Musical Icon of Kannada Bhavageethe. KS Ashwath who acted in the Movie Nagarahavu is still alive and hale and healthy.
