These two movies in question being Sun Pictures production, the Maran brothers ensured that journos are 'well-fed'. Also, they used the Sun TV channels to promote these films heavily, giving their own glowing reviews, even declaring them the Top 1 movie week after week. When you have your grand uncle as the state's Chief Minister, it's all the more easy!
