whatever it is there is no substitute for english and English is the best language in the world. Not this rotten marathi or hindi.let raj speak this rotten language. Dont bother about him.

Any language that is forced into people will be rotten. India is a diverse country and there is never going to be a single language for communication. And it is a free country, you have no right to dictate to someone what to speak. Mind your business or get offended by anything and everything.
