Govt. Employees are alloted temporary IFFI Duties, with nobody filling up the vacant places in their own offices, for about a month. The rest of the times the IFFI HQ and relevant places wear a deserted look with virtually no permanent staff. Tenders for decorations and management are filed 2 months before the event. Zero participation and incentive to native goans means no local cooperation... Lack of incentive and initiative is clearly visible... Just another govt run show...
same old story.. any thing our govt touches or manages.. fails.. sport, air india..etc.. if india is to be saved.. only privatization can do so.. cause govt is incapable irrespective of party.. look at the state of the country, tourism etc.. commonwealth games will be one of the biggest disasters and national shame..and will make this iffi look better
