Possibilities ahead:
by S Prasad on Dec 11, 2009 10:22 PM

Later this trend of prosthetic make up may be become favourite of film makers, so that
the popular actor's name alone will be used, behind the mask he/ she can be x, y or z..

Just like Drug companys giving license to private units in various industrial estates across the country.

There is nothing new here. Its Benjamin Button with an Indian view. I am sure that this is gong to flop. Our drectors always try to make fun of a disease or show a handicap humourously. Whats so funny in watching a man die? At lest in Benjamin Button it was told very emotionally

shashank,
The curious case of benjamin button is not based on any real illness. in that movie brad pitt was born as an old baby and dies as a young baby which is totally a fiction work whereas in Paa Amitabh is born as a normal baby and as he grows older, aging starts. So you can't really compare these two movies based on their storyline makeup wise probably. You do not like the storyline of Paa it is your point of view but it is indeed a very good movie with a brilliant performance fron all the actors.

I thought only the viewers are idiots. Now the popular actors are proving worst.

Fantastic Movie and great music !!!
by chennai superking on Dec 05, 2009 09:07 AM

Junior bachan has perfectly complimented his senior in his role and acting. Amithabh has once again proved that he is a genius. Unlike south india superstar's who would only don the role of a super hero. Vidya has done justice to her role. Kudo's to balki for selecting a fatastic theme. Ilayaraja at his best. Astonishing background music and songs are soothing and beautiful. No nonsense tunes no jarring music. Mudi Mudi, hichiki hichiki and mere paa are evergreen and ringing several hour even after watching the movie.

Strengths: amitabh, ilayaraja screenplay, camera
Weakness: abhishek's political scenes.
