I think this is a truely light hearted comedy , if we stop categorizing things like north/south Hindu/muslim , etc.....Because these are never ending topics.... I feel the actor has done a brilliant job. Hail...Quick Gun....Mind It!!!!!

Chill out dude. it's not like that. I have seen people from north/central/east/west watching south movies which are dubbed in regional languages and appreciating that. So please don't feel otherwise. lastly, lets post ve things only in this forum.

This move is produced by Fox (Hollywood), directed by Bengali, actor is Telugu. Was made in English, later dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu. So how come Hindi comes into the picture?

all i know this film is made in Bollywood (not Hollywood, maybe financed by Fox's branch office in Mumbai) & is a story reinforcing the Hindi film industry's stereotypes about South Indian film characters. So I stand by what I wrote earlier.
This is a film showcasing the Hindi ppls version and viewpoint about South Indians and making fun of them through caricatures.

Bcoz they are just caricatures. Watch Vijaykanth, T Rajender, Sam Anderson (Yarukku Yaaro Stepnee fame). Quicgun Murugun was on V Channel may years ago, then were you sleeping? For your information Kamal Haassan(South indian) in Gireftaar movie is the originator of this character.

Thats why Jab We Met,A Wednesday are copied in Tamil. Before that Munnabhai MBBS was also copied. There are many more movies so better keep your mouth shut.

I havent seeen directors giving credit to original. Many Tamil moves are copied from Mallu, Telugu, Hollywood movies. Hardly anyone gives credit.

at the least imitiaz was invited for the music release of the function. moreover that movie remake rights were acquired by moserbaer in all southindian languages then only it went ahead. similar to that munnaibhai remake rights were purchased and then only remade.
reacting to ghajini, we accept it was inspired from memento, but u didnt experiment it first, later wen it was a hit, u wer confident to remake it tat too with the same director. not like kambakqth ishq, not even getting remake rights for the film, that too the film was tat vulgar tat cant even manage a 2 weekends.

Though I have great respect for ARR, but he got oscar for copying Laxmikant Pyarelal song. His original works are yet to be noticed by Oscar.

the number of hindi movies remade in tamil is very less than the tamil movies remade in hindi.. i can give a very big list of hindi movies copied from tamil..partner is copy of tamil movie charlie chaplin, mujshe shaadi karoge is copy of tamil movie kabadi kabadi, biwi no:1 copy of sathileelavathi,nayak copy of mudhalvan etc.. i even saw a hindi movie is zee tv which is copy of v.sekhar's tamil movie koodi vaazhthaal kodi nanmai starring livingston,vivek & vadivelu.. so shut the ur aalloo mutter smelling ass and leave.. just keeping english titles for crap bollywood movies and filming the whole movie in UK or swiss dosent mean bollywood standard is near to hollywood.. Pammal K sambandham is a low budget movie shot inside chennai which is huge it but u morons cant even copy it properly instead filmed the movie in hollywood with some market gone hollywood artist and make the movie into a big crap

Tamil copies from Mallu movies. Mallu are the best and original. Tamil borrows everything from other states. Rajanikanth is Marathi, Vijaykanth from Telugu, actresses are from mostly from North India or Kerela. Partner is copied from Hitch not from Tamil movie. It means tamilians are also copcats.

anyway partner is copy from hollywood movie for which the hitch producer filed a case against bollywood.. noentry is a copy of tamil movie charlie chaplin. tamils are not racist like northies.we accept any indian to act in tamil movies.. first know the facts then start talking.. it only shows ur ignorance about tamil movies and its stars. whole TN knows vijaykanth is from madurai..everybody knows rajni is marati but we never saw him as a non-tamil.. he acts in tamil movies and entertains tamils, so he is a tamil superstar.. and all these northie heroines are brought in tamil movie just to add some glamour to commercial movies, they r fit to show only skin and no acting.. if tamil movies need acting we've our own priyamani,revathi etc...
its not like bollywood which is fuly controlled by dawood,has all the SRK,aamir and other khans from pakistan, john abraham,dino morea, kartina etc.. are some foreigners who were cross breed born to some foreigner and indian and begging in their country. and removed their dress and joined bollywood..

When people from other states join Tamil industry then it means Tamils are not racist, at the same time any other joins Bollywood then they are racist. What a pathetic logic :). Trisha, Surya and other good actors are moving to bollywood. LTTE financed Rajani movie hope you have read it.
