All the current reality shows are bakwas. They are not more now catering to middle class. These are for elite class or upper middle class people, be it sach ka samna or jungle... And the reality is that the sach ka samna has taken a toll in a family. These families they come to see their kith or kin in the hot seat to listen to his/her truth but who knows what is going on in their families after the show, someone should followup with another reality show to know what is going on within the families after the sach ka saamna. In front of the camera a daughter or a wife or a husband or a son or a mother has to giggle and show bravery in front of the camera that they are facing the truth but a polygraph of all those family members or friends watching from a distance should be done to know whats going on in their minds when they listen their dear ones talk about the sach.

Nobody is forced to go these shows. People go becos they think only about the money, not caring about what it will do to their family. Sach ka samna is based on a Us show and am sure most of those participating would know what the format is like. They still choose to go ahead. TV caters to what the audience wants!
