Indians; especially "hinglis" or "Inglis" speaking Indians suffer from deep sense of inferiority complex. Any Hollywood movie is automatically good or at worst average. Born slaves ! Includes this reviewer.
GI Joe is so horribly bad, the producers did not hold the customary press show (which signals to the world that movie is crap). In the US it was clobbered by reviwes and though was #1 movie for the first week fell in BO the very next week. Those are the facts.
But as long as you have slaves like Indians...no problem for the GI Joes. By the way, I walked out after 25 minutes with a severe headache.

So it took you 25 minutes to figure out something was not quite right.. And if you wanted to see a movie which the otherwise 'hinglis' people would not appreciate why did you end up choosing 'G I Joe'..? Which part of the brain cells did you intend to tickle ?
I just watched the movie and i can assure you all that the movie is much more better than Transformers series....
Great action...great special effects...I am sure that most of the SFX scenes are new for me and have seen it first time in any of the movies..
To enjoy the special effects and great action sequences go and watch it in theatres..every single penny is worth or i can say u get a good return of ur money.

i think the reviewer of rediff is not as good it should be.... the movie is a watch movie and the graphics r also good.
