Congrats Mira. Her best movie till date has been monsoon weddings, for which she should have received the Oscar. But lets hope like Rahman, she will win it , when not expected.

What civilisation are you talking about? What are you boasting of so much? The reality is we are losers and whenever mistakes someone points us about our mistakes, we only boast of our 6000 year old civilisation. Okay I agree, we are a civilisation 6000 years old, so what? where are we now? have you ever tried to question yourself. Indeed you have said rightly pointed about 1.3 billion people, 80 percent of whom are below poverty line. Even during the course of these 6000 years that you claim we have spent 300 years under British, 500 years under Moghuls and god knows how many other rulers. So what story are you going to tell to the World? People like Mira Nair is not kissing white's asses. People like you are the main problem of India, who can't achieve anything for themselves and neither can tolerate anyone's achievement.
