Just came to know, as a final attempt to save kandasamy movie, producer and distributors decided to supply unlimited sambar at all cinema halls running kandasamy. This is totally free and you can bring your own mug to carry to home. If this improves collections, Vikram and Shriya will also join in distribution. Lucky winners get chance to drink sambar with the whole production crew.
Dont miss this chance, i already watched this movie, but just going there to reduce my monetary loses by bringing as much sambar as i can.
Movie was released in Australia. Our Tamilians flocked the theatre. One and half hour after the movie, some technical fault in theatre. Theatre owner gives tickets for another show the next day for the same movie. But audience rejected it and demanded money back from the theatre owner.
Who will watch this movie in theatre? Vikram does not seem to take his career much seriously. Wonder how he took a role which he himself has played twice...in Samurai and Anniyan.

i watched the movie last night at urvashi bangalore. it was a total crap. it is a remake of sivaji.all the shows in all theaters are booked from friday till sunday. i paid Rs.150 for balcony. in multiplexes in bangalore tickets are being sold for Rs.300. utter wate of money and time. the distributor would have recovered half his investemnt making us poor. and finally vikram u r no rajnikanth. do films that are medium budget. u are not a so massive crowd puller like rajini. ur acting(where was there) sucks. 2009 has been horrible for tamil movies. we have to wait until kamal's unnaippol oruvan. i am a crazy rajini fan but i am sure kamal's movie will be the only hit for 2009. i have no hopes on vijay's vettaikkaaran. but another hope is surya's aadhavan. ALL EYES NOW IS ONLY AND WILL ONLY BE ON THE SUREFIRE HIT...ENDHIREN 2010.

It is not that bad for tamil cinema yet this year. This year saw some off beats like Nadodigal, Pasanga, etc. doing good. Commercial to do well was Surya's Ayan.
