Its people like Shahid and Akshay and Saif who bribe the critics to give them good ratings....and the blame falls on icons like SRK. If not for reviews their movies are nothing special and don't have mass effect on people like SRK's movies do which become the talk of the town like OSO, Don, KANK, Chak De etc how much ever good or bad they are.

Whats the point of discussing copycat movies like Love aaj Kal and Kaminey? Next blockbuster anyway is going to be MNIK...biggest blockbuster of all time. Mark my words.
UTV must have given quite a gd chunk of bucks to these critics....to universally right rave review abt this movie.
The movie is just one word...pathetic...main cast is just ok....but all the supporting cast, are a bunch of kids who were to act. everyone is pathetic...unrealistic. They r comparing this movie to tarantino n guy ritchie.....except the ending where all meet up....there is absolutely nothing that matches.
In pulp fiction....john trovolta n samuel jackson were sleek n ruthless....here gangsters, police, heroes all r shown really stupid. the chini gangster is shown living n dealing in crores, living on yatch, whereas in the last scene, he arrives in a taxi sitting in the front seat, how sick is that.
It seems Vishal wanted to make Pulp fiction snatch....but ended up making up 'daud'. the only difference been....daud made us laugh....n this is just a no brainer.
We in India have to learn one thing....making a different movie, doesnt transform in a good one...the hole thing has to fall in place...eg. taare zameen par, rock on, DCH....

Atleast get the design proper for this. You Div class equal to arti_content is overlapping the other div. this is for the site designer
I dont get it how critics have hailed the movie and given it 4 stars..apart from the songs and some great performances the movie was dull and boring and didnt have that that extra gear to watch it.After omkara i expected another classic.
I saw that movie on 15th August. I could not understand completly. Althouth Shahid has done good job but he could have done much more in this film. Priyanka has proved herself in this movie. Only sound track is good. ----- Ten
i do not understand the critic's viewpoint at all. the movie is dark, broody and nothing different. the camera work is amateurish. shahid is ok and priyanka decent. RGV's Satya was a far better movie.

i think tasan was better than this picture is of 2 hrs 10 min out of which first half is just making of plot wastage it should get * as rating
