Hello Mr. Ahuja, Please remember this is India and ur in India , please throw some money and get out of Jail and Start to Molest & Rape woman of your Choice. You do not have any brain. When you enter Jail you should act as a India Politican yar saying that this rape was not intention and some body insist me to do that, Pakistan Hand in this. This is how you should escape. C how i am helping you, it is not that i am Politician, I am a True Indian.
With the available evidence published by the medias, iam sure this is not a case of rape. If the prosecution feels that it is a fit case, they should prove the charges with clinching evidence before the Court.

What do you mean by available evidence published by the media? If we are to believe media, it is indeed a case of rape. There is no doubt that the maid and the star had intercourse. The point to prove is whether it was a consented sex or rape. There is ample evidence to prove that force was used. How can you say that there is no evidence to prove rape?
Every case of rape should not be weighed in a legal scale only, Many male youths have been made victim of the barbarian one sided law, where consented sex is converted as rape. Immediate relief is required to genuine cases to save the respect and dignity of males.

I'm not a rapist. in fact, i'm against it. but i dont have a problem if somebody else commits it. after all, it is abt individual choice as some people pointed out during the discussion abt article 377.
Both are in Arthur Road Prison. Shiney can take this opportunity to spend some time with Kasab and learn about his ways, how he talks, walks etc. Once out of the jail, Shiney will be in demand to play Kasab's role in 26/11 films.
I think Shiney Ahuja shall be penalized for the crime he committed. There are lot of version to the stories and some are supporting Ahuja while some are not. Some are of the opinion that he should have paid to the maid but not all are pros that will do such kind of thing for money. Every poor have self respect and people like Ahuja cannot do anything in Possession of power and fame. We have a very currupt system and this might be the first time where a celebrity might be facing such serious charges and might be punished by law. If we see in the past we have Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt who have been booked so many time for different crimes and still they are free. I agree that there might be a norm of having sex among each other in film industry but these people shall keep the norm for themselves and do not use the norms on others. Also the attitude of Sab Chalta Hai should be ended. Indeed we shall Appraise the police who are working hard to punish Ahuja because the India law is such that anybody can easily escape it after committing serious crime.
If Shiney was so desperate of having sex he could have called some call girl or pros but indeed he would have thought that if he is getting something free why should he pay and also he might have thought that the maid would keep quite because a star have slept with her but Shiney was wrong in all his thoughts I hope he gets atleast 7 years so that it will set an example among all rich, famous as well as poor.
