Deepika's outfits
by sanjay kulkarni on Sep 02, 2010 11:01 AM

When one is engaged in world's second oldest profession ( acting and pretention ) there is no dearth of money for the first and second. Little wonder that heroines keep changing dresses.

These As-hole critics will find only faults
by porndy singh on Aug 13, 2009 02:00 PM  | Hide replies

Seems like these critics have filters on their eyes. They only try to find flaws.
Movies like Andaj Apna Apna, DDLJ are cult movies in their own sense.
So what if the designer was not available in that era. In such case one will have to blast even Moghul-e-azam. As the characters are from 15th century but are wearing dress designed in 20th century.
Such a time travel :)

IDIOTIC SUKANYA!
by Manish Jain on Aug 13, 2009 01:28 PM  | Hide replies

Sukanya Verma suffers from observing the useless points!

She even points out HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM, but doesn;t remember a big blooper about the Jeep disappearing from the farm just after Aishwarya is shot and Ajay picks her up in his hand and runs to "jhonka Hawa Ka"... Yes the 2 smugs run away leaving their jeep behind, and our director conveninently shows a super-wide shot after the Bullet shot with the Jeep disappeared!

Sukanya is worried about no one saw the Bracelet in Kareena's hand in Kambakkht Ishq, but doesn;t observe an even obvious point that if the Alarm is timed every hour, why does it play only after 2 days in the hospital after Akshay is discharged... Why does it play at convenience!

Sukanya is worried about PLayback singers of Salman in YUVVRAAJ... Well, the entire film had 1000 Bloopers that would have made much more sense! For once, why;s Salman singing the climax song on stage --- the one that poor Anil had been rehearsing ever since the movie began!

Sukanya Verma observes hair cut of Salman in ANDAZ APNA APNA as some intellectual observation! Ya right... Girl, go take a chill pill! And ofcourse, a new pair of glasses for better observations! :)

Going by her observations, I wonder how come she did not object to only Kajol hearing the Music before TUJHE DEKHA TOH song and a few more instances in Punjab from as far as few kms away in the fields where SRk is supposedly playing it!

she writes abt the jogging scene as if she grew up in NY. Most Indians dont care if it was Bronx or Queens or Manhattan. The movie itself was a big yawn.

Cinemas all over the world have cinematic liberties
by prajyoth pradeep on Aug 13, 2009 11:48 AM

Be it Hindi films, Southern films, Hollywood, Asian or European. Criticism of these imaginative liberties have come now. No one criticised such imaginative liberties in movies during the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s.
Likewise there will be critics who will find current movie making quite funny 10 -15 years from now. These changes just go on.
See this is just an article to fill up space for today's quota.
