Thats correct. 15th Aug 2009 will be the 63rd independence day. You need to count both 1947 and 2009. I think you took the difference
These people are fed up with the pollution, beggars, traffic and chaos in India. That is why they are going to other countries to hoist our flag. Next year the republic day parade will conducted in New York. Our mantri's will be glad by this change...
