Celebrity ads, due to crores of rupees paid to the stars for each endorsement, essentially result in steep enhancement of the prodcut cost, which ultimately is borne by the consumer. I don't know why the film actors and cricketers who are already earning crores of rupees, require more and more. If the advertisement films are shot by hring regular models, the production cost can be much less.

u r absolutely right. recently Hero Honda alloted 400 crores for ads during the world cup whichmeans 4 crores per person does the celebrities using their bikes? no, again it is coomon who has bear the burdn. is it necessary to put such heavy investments n increase the price of the product? companies n ad makers should think a min bfore doing such brainless works.
The airtel ad featuring vidya balan and madhavan is eye catching and conveys the message in an effective way. I salute them and the director who brought out such a marvellous ad. well done.

yes this is not only a good ad but it is very much essential ad for the present generation who is running for divorce for small things.
