"Slumdog" was no more than a hype...e-media must become more meaningful now....wat hav we all got to do with what these ppl are doing..there are many more important things to be discussed and sorted out.
The media overhyped these couple especially after the oscar!. Actually they never deserve oscar...its a shame to the oscar standard...there are so many great movies made in India which actually deserves oscar....
Also the composition of A R Rahman in slumdog was below average when compared to his standards...his music from Taal,Dil se etc deserves oscar long back....

People who were sitting there and judging as to whom the oscars should be given are not fools...they have their own selection criteria and if they feel that someone meeting those criteria they were recognised...
You might felt that either the movie or AR Rahman's composition in it were not up to the mark....its your perception...and its not necessary that others should also perceive it the same way as you did...
