those are empty bottles just like your head...cnt u read tht those bottles were cleaned with a spl chemical so tht it cld radiate light!!!
Whereelse can we get so many beer bottles other than Tamilnadu, they are the really 'kudi magans' with government wine shops run from every two blocks in all streets in the state. Great acheivement by Tamilnadu, keep the good work

The Beer Bottles were cleaned with chemicals so that they looked sparklingly clean!? Oh! i really pity the ppl of Tamil Nadu.So this would be a warning to the common man who drink Beer in TamilNadu!

This is definitley possible in Bengaluru becoz the Father of Bengaluru Vijay Mallya is after all a liquor businessman! Kingfisher Airlines is thriving on the sales of Kingfisher beer bottles. 40,000 beer bottles may sound many, but this would be Bengaluru's mere 1% of its daily beer consumption. And to get so many bottles would not take more than a day to get delivered. 1 day time is not for arranging such a huge number but to get delivered through Bengaluru traffic.
