There is no need for all this drama. The studio and the producers should have had the new flats ready for the child actors when they returned from L.A. As for paying monies to the parents up front I am against it. I like the idea of the trust fund that has been set up. However once these child actors move in to their new flats and they should have all the amenities provided someone resposible perhaps the studio and the producers should then dispense a set monthly expense for the upkeep of the flats and also to provide for miscellaneous expenses like groceries and payment of other miscellaneous expenses.
Thats our "lofty" culture since we so love to trash western culture. Most Indian live below poverty line and the culture is defined by the majority and a not a minority of upper well-to-do middle class.
