What rot! This shroff fella is all greed like all multiplex owners. So now, they have realized that 65% revenues come in the first week itself and no one goes to single screen theatres, so they are doing dadagiri.
The first right of any revenues are the producers. In fact these multiplexes are the ones which are creating piracy. If ticket prices are below 100 rs, everyone will throng to the multiplexes. Who wants to spend 250 rs per head so that SRK can build another building near the sea! After all the cost of each seat in a multiplex is Rs. 13 only. Look at multiplex owners greed! All risk is on the poor producer. No doubt they will go with the flow, go with the tried and tested subjects. Who will even entertain risky, genuine, original, good scripts!
what hogwash! how can a store (plexes are nothing more than that) decided how much to pay the company that places the product... they can only choice or not to keep the product. Mr Shravan Shroff - if you had the guts why didn't you refuse Chandani Chowk prior to friday and WHY DID YOU HAVE 24 SHOWS IN ONE DAY IN YOUR PLEX!!!!!!!!!! Very easy to sya this today - when the film has done badly. Secondly would like to know which films that Mr Shravan has produced that has been good content - your films have been the worst?
