It would be really sad if SRK tries to copy Amol Palekar. The original is a gem and even today can have you in splits. SRK is too big a star and can do justice to the role the way Amol Palekar did. Palekar was a trend setter with his very ordinary looks and movies, most of which were of very high standards. SRK better look for some original stuff instead of making remakes. Akki sure is giving him a run for his money. Sorry to hurt SRK fans. SRK is a huge star in Bollywood but is not as good as an actor. I am sure to get a deluge of abuses in reply. So be it.
I guess it's a remake of My Fair Lady; or else they would not be scouting so hard for the perfect ledaing lady. Bindiya Goswami's role could be played by anybody, so why is there so much hype about Anushka Sharma?
