After a long break, an excellent movie worth watching and that too with family.
vimala has done extremely well and will and should have a great career in Tamil after this break throug. She is naturally talented and it is gift of god.

Thank You Sunil Agarwal. There is a saying in Tamil - even if you deck up a pig fully after giving it a great scented bath, it will still go and wallow in you-know-what.

We are better off in YOU not seeing the well intentioned, good meaninged and well made Tamil (or for that matter, other South Indian movies). Go ahead, wallow in self glow and your s**t pool. Not a problem. No losses here for us.

sunil beta,
show me
a) one hindi movie where the movie does not start in mumbai and pans to new york in the next scene?
b) one hindi movie in which the songs are not porny
c) one hindi movie in which a song has words other than 'kaajal, baahon, mohabbat, and the regular english come-on baby crap
d) one hindi movie in which there is no sex-scene
e) one hindi movie in which the location is in india throughout the movie
f) one hindi movie that has music without the age-old humming ... funny that the choreography is hollywood-esque and the music is 1960s-eque

try watching movies from south india that portray life _AS IT IS_ and portray culture as it is.

Dubbed films are running better than remade
by veeruperumal anandan on Sep 20, 2008 01:18 PM  | Hide replies

Films dubbed from Tamil to Telugu are faring better than films remade from Tamil to Telugu. But Telugu filmdom opposes dubbing. Anyway the film shall be available to Telugu audience soon.

I'm positive Victory Venkatesh will buy the rights for a remake.
