Naaah.... That was way too different. Although in both cases protagonist had a problem with noise but Noise took the route of 'Falling Down' (Michael Douglas, Robert Duvall), if you know what I mean. But Rajat Kapoor's involvement means it might be a copy of some French film (just like Bheja Fry, Mithiya). Guys seems to ve good taste.
