dude! the name of the movie is The Last Lear. you are commenting on a movie without having seen it! wow! this is precious.
Bachchan over acts, the screenplay attempts to be over thought and tries to be over smart. The rediff review is equally bad. Why do these reviewers think using over emphasized and complex to understand words makes the review good???? Please be simple in putting your thoughts across.

Another option: may be you should learn some English! Need phone numbers for Adult Education Center? Don't be shy, it never too late to admit it, afterall we have a lot of illiterate people in the country.
First Jodha Akbar-A 4 hr marathon sleep lullaby Then Tashan-A really horrifying movie by any standards. Now-The Last Lear- A movie which can even make a fully fit Usaian Bolt go into coma....
Then we have forthcoming movies like - Karzzzz,Drona,etc...
I'm scared that this year might be the worst year of bollywood in the last 10 years.

The problem in India is there is a huge gape of intelligence. Movies r not all about "entertainment", (romance and iten song etc.)a movie can be moving documentary...a class of it's own...those who love something like "Jane tu"" whatever, cannot judge a thematic classic...It is like cricket, most of the people don't understand the finer points, the psychological game stretegy but cheers only four's and six's by our batsman and wickets of the opposition...This is a comic tregedy...

Wel, most of the ppl pay money and go to movie to get entertained. With such a hectic and bz metro life, ppl need a break with some good entertainment. Wel if this film is a class, then let it not be a commercial, but an off-beat film that will be shown only on TVs. ppl like u who are intelligent! , so called class audience can enjoy them.

Thats BS Gowda... how can u deprive people who watch meaningful cinema from going to the theatre to watch movies... why should they have to watch it only on TV sets...! Its totally upto u if you want to watch a movie. But you cant decide which movies should come to the theatres and which should not. I am truly sorry that you had to take time out from ur busy metro life to create this crow sh*t .. Sorry I meant bull sh*t...

Gowda, if you are a vegetarian and don't have the sense to understand what you are buying and get Chicken from a store, then its your fault if the money is wasted. Why try things that are totally out of your reach? Bollywood produces hell lot of dumb movies, stick to them.
stupid boring movie .. throws all the bachans out of maharastra ..let them act in bhojpuri movie .. all the bachans are torturing people for the past 30 years ..and for the last 12 year he is humiliating innocent people with this type of crap movies

Ha ha ha, good one, Saikat. But the problem is, such people have not heard and will never hear a single thing about LHC. The only thing that would make sense to them is a TIGHT SLAP!

Amitabh has done great job in this movie. This is better than what he did in black for which he got National award.

U ARE SIMPLY PATHETIC .. PUPILS.. WHO ALWAYS BUMP AROUND ... WHO LOVES SUCKING KHANS DICKSON.. GOTTA .. IT .. BACHANS .. RULE THE INDUSTRY.. EVER AND ALWAYS ..
Amitabh Bachchan does not sport a wig. He gets his hair tranplants as and when needed. this was dixclosed by himself to a reporter who asked him if he wore a wig, to which, the bib B replied saying, " I shall pull your hair, you pull mine!" Then came the disclosure to the same reporter. this was published in India Today Years ago. Those who are in show business, have to be presentable appearance (Even shane warne and macgrath have had their hair transplanted) In my opinion, a thick shack of hair lends cradence to Mr. Cachchan's Personality.

by Rajiv B on Sep 12, 2008 09:48 PM
Hair transplants is one kind of surgery and it is not easy and can not be done as and when required. Big B uses different hair pieces every time..

and also inadvertently! and in one line you've called him 'bib B'. and what exactly is the meaning of "thick shack of hair". But, don't reply, you'll make more mistakes!
it is a masterpiece. when raj kapoor made Mera naam Joker it was a flop and sent him into financila shambles. when it was released after 15 years again viewers understood the same movie better and became a critcs movie. it is a pleasure to watch the same again again and again. AB don't you worry ,your this movie will show to history that what you were in this movie -an excellent actor.
The movie is a big bore dumb movie for film lovers. The writer has not understood the film as the film makes you to sleep halfway. Probably the author has slept and woken up after the movie is over. To save his ass from his editor , seeing the previews and comments from the same film maker he has thought the film must be given 3 star for safer side. Read his last line of the article wherein he has clearly communicated he has not understood the movie. Uttal bakvas. raj thakrey was given a special screening of this movie which made him mad and hence he asked his followers not to watch the movie. He respects Amitabh and so he had to start his agitation against the movie thr jaya's comments. Dont watch this movie instead you can watch A WEDNESDAY a real thriller movie.
Seeing the hoaaarding I can visualise if ever CPM wants to make a film and looking for one to act as Brinda Karat, it will ideally suit to Preity Zinta!
