has sanjay dutt been released from jail n cleared of all charges? he's signed 28 movies or so.. wat's his status... is he ever going to go back to jail?

Sanjay dutt belongs to an elite group of criminals who feel they have some kind of a birth right to rule the country.
The nation's laws were changed to accommodate 1 man. Like shibu soren, Pappu YAdav and the rest, Sanjay dutt will never go back to jail.
