Hi karmesh ghost, How are you, hope u can deserve if we spell your name incorrectly, isn't ???
The movie releases in so many places before the 7th in India. It comes out in France, Sweden & UK on the 31st of October. It releases in places like Egypt, South Korea, Jordan, Phillipines, Belgium, etc on the 5th of November. In places like Bolivia, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Israel, Serbia, Syria, Slovakia, Lebanon & many others on the 6th Of November. Does it mean by comparison that places like Sebria & Slovakia are more important markets than India cause it releases there earlier? NO!!! it's just a convenience of release dates that's all. Plus the Bond Movies are British made not Hollywood made & earlier also bond movies in India have shared the global release date , if anything this one actually opens a week late compared to the UK release.
And to top it all on the 7th in the U.S. Madagascar 2 is coming out which means more competition for Bond, something that is missing on the 14th. While here in India Dostana is coming out on the 14th with nothing much on the 7th. hence the release dates make sense in terms of financial convenience rather than importance to a country else India would share global release dates with at least 75% of the international movies rather than with only 25% as it is now.

Since when are james bond movies hollywood? james bond is british and films are made in pinewood studios UK.

lol nice catch nihit... rediff is always dumb!!! ..bond forever brit...!!! ..bourne ...US ...if there is a prequel for bourne series and any1 dare release it in india first... that would be the day that i would give the claps for rediff's reporting !!!!

again! you are not listening.. its not a hollywood production i wont tell again now..
Earlier all the English movies is too release in india was bit late compared to US but now dates are same and this article sayings 007 movie is releasing earlier than US..

k markets may be down today lol..but with bond .. there was never really a a late 90's early 2K slump... before casino royale... there was die another day... before that..the world is not enough.. before that tomoro...before that golden eye... they were successful and the highest grossers for bond during their release time... get your info right before you type....googling helps too..!!!
whats the author talking about? the USA release is 7th november too....the author overheard some rumor..and decided to write an aticle on the one line rumor he heard...shame on rediff

na its true.. its gonna relase in US on 14th beacsue of the Thanks giving weekend.. and if u dnt knw whts thanksgiving.. try googling it..
