There have also been quite a few nice movies this year. Btw i think 'Black and White' was a pretty good movie, with some great acting.
Karzz is gud movie....Any review will not give right perspective of the movie.. Himesh is not a seasoned actor...But he gave his 100%.. It is time to look beyond SRK,Akshay Kumar...HR is sachin of bollywood.... He has earned is place thru his Hard work.. He doesnt have any god father like other Star sons who dont anything about acting....

Please do not abuse Sachin Tendulkar by comparing him with Himesh! It is an insult to the great player. You should compare him with Vinod Kambli in cricket. All style, no substance.

I hope both of you are being sarcastic. If not, i hope that you guys have lost your mind after watching the movie. If not, then i shudder at the thought of your tastes.
Yes it is a punishment for Raja given by rediff by asking him to givereview of this film. Imagine guys wathcing Himesh Reshmiya for three hrs with wooden block expressions is nothing less than a torture. Great work rediff. I liked ur way of punishing. And BTW how many stars Raja Gayn has reserved for his gay partner's film 'Rab ne bana di jodi' & 'Billo Barbour'? I think 4 & 1/2 stars in advance.

If Himesh inolves himself in singing, music composing, hero and others (may be he has planned for politics, business, hotel etc.), is it logical that he can give above 70% in each or any one field mentioned above. Do every one who has given good comments so far really think ok that HR is not occupying space in these fields unnecessarily? HR can be good singer if he concentrate on long lasting good songs rather short term unusual songs? But if he wanna good actor, he can not give required concentration on music which is not good as well. Additionally, he need to work a lot on his nosy sound.. (I apologize if I take otherwise on his voice quality but I think its true and lots of singer in the bollywood think so) Further if he is good actor and spending time in music as well, his acting career will not be long lasting. After all every one can not be like Kishore Kumar. Remember that Mukesh who also acted in few film concentrated in music only.

Acting karta kab hai bhai? Jab dekho tab aisi surat bana ke ghumata hai jaise abhi kisi ko kandha deke aaya ho ya to ise piles hua ho. Upar se uski ooooooooooooooooooooo singing. I think people watching Himesh's film for full three hrs should be given bravery award man.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Joke of the year. If Himesh continues in bollywood then we should also bring back Aaditya Pancholi, Jugal Hansraj, Atul Agnihotri & many more. Afterall they can give better wooden block type expressions than Himes bhay.

Don't compare Himesh with Aditya Pancholi, Jugal Hansraj and Atul Agnihotri. They may not have been successful but they were infinite times better actors than Himesh and i guess they probably would have been better singers and music directors too had they tried their hands.
Satish 'copycat' Koushik does a half-baked attempt at remaking Karz. This time, since he is making an already popular movie by an established (and still active) director like Subhash Ghai, he had no option but to acknowledge the original. Else, he would have unashamedly taken credit for the story and screenplay, as he has done in ALL HIS PREVIOUS FILMS, which he copied from Telugu and Tamil originals. E.g. Tere Naam , Badhaai Ho Badhaai, Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain.
Coming back to Karzzzzzzzzz, Himesh, who, despite his ugly wigs and plastic smiles tries to give a decent performance with a certain level of sincerity. He is much better than the ladies here. What was Urmila thinking? Is this what you call performance? Her act was one of the many irritating aspects of the movie. As for the debutante Indra Kumari - oops Shweta Kumar, the less said the better.
Coming to the music, except for the remixed versions of the original Laxmikant-Pyarelal songs, all other Himesh numbers were mediocre.
