Its good that they are not working. Atleast viewers are relieved from watching those family mahabharats. Keep it up guys. Dont come back to work ever. Only workers of meaningful programs can come back.
Are we supposed to watch those repeat telecast for this week also? They(Producers) must find a solution for the Indian Television workers soon as this Industry is running in Loss for last 2 weeks.
I agree with Mukesh B. These federation guys n workers are taking the industry for a ride.A spot guy who pretends to be working gets 5 times more per shift than a laboreer who works in the sun for days!! yet these guys want to blackmail into exploiting the situation. More and more for less and less. Dont give in..teach them a lesson.
this is a true strike, why the producers give aksaya kumar 2.5 crores for one episode,but they cant give a sober ammaount to the workers who are the soul of the episode,
when ever there is a huge bias machanism come,side by side revolution also come..

Hmm arrogant words from arrogant producers. I know the plight of the people who are getting same salaries as 10 years back, while Television producers are making crores and have might to spend 1 Crore on one episode by bringing in film stars. If you see leaving expenses over last 10 years it has increased atleast 3 times. Anyways its matter of Demand and supply if producers feel they will have more profits in other states they will move out. But again same story will be repeated there also after 10 years.
