A great personality and an excellent actor. A true legend. its a great loss to tamilnadu and tamil film industry. He lived as hero in real life and villian in reel life. Though he passed away nobody can forget his villian style and his characters he played in enga veetu pillai, aayirathil oruvan, ulagam sutrum valiban etc.. Lord ayyapa's true devotee.never missed to go to sabarimalai every year. This year he is ill, so i think lord ayappa himself came to see him and took nambiar away with him. May his soul rest in peace
Mr.Nambiar, I am sure, would have attained the lotus feet of Lord Ayyappa himself. He was a man of exemplary character and had taken a lot of people to the Holy Sabarimala. One who has gone there for 65 years is definitely way above many mortals. You can't just like that undertake the trip, as many who are going there know. Furthermore he has been going there since the very beginning when there were no refreshments, water, etc., at every 100 metres like it is now. God, please give us more people on the Earth like Mr. Nambiar. Mr.Nambiar I salute you - you were truly a great man.
