BR contributed significantly to Asha Bhonsle's career by allowing her to sing for main heroine, Vaijayanthimala for Naya Daur. Till then, she was giving playback to Side heroines and vamps only. Also probbly he is the only director remained loyal to Aasha unlike most of other directors who shifted loyalty to Lata. His musical team of Aasha, mahendra Kapoor, Ravi & above all, Sahir is m,atchless in Bollywood.
Writer missing the name of B R Films one biggest hit film "Chhoti Si Baat" Directed by Basu Chatterjee, starring Ashok Kumar, Amol Palekar, Vidya Sinha & Asrani. This is one of the big hit in 1975.

perhaps Choti si baat is either Hrikesh Mukhrjee movie or Basu Chaterjee movie but i am sure not BR movie.
