Rediff, arent you paying your reviewers well??. this is such a sober movie..trust me.. i saw this movie at fun cinemas and almost 25% people walked off after interval. Such a pathetic movie. No story line..terrible screen play and rediff has big heart to give it a 3 star rating. I trusted rediff review and went to this movie. Am planning to claim the 300 bugs i spent for this movie from rediff...lol..

Same here. We were also one among people who walked out after interval. Too much of tragedy is also bad.

Guys....come on ...we need to support kannada film industry....wat ever may be the films...we shud not let our industry down...As the population of kannadigas is decreasing day by day in karnataka...who will watch the movies then.It will be like marathi film industry...U may not like the film....but everyone has to understand One man's food is other man's poison..a person may like the movie and someother may not...but wat i believe is to write positive comments on kannada movies as only few watch kannada movies and we need to support our people first ...then other lang movies...If the negative coments are written about a movie like this..it will open doors for people who hate kannada and kannadigas to write cheap comments on kannadigas. If anyone had seen the comments written for any other lang movies...may it be telugu or tamil ....let it be a crap movie ..people support the movie ..and encourage ....but thats not the case here ...i really pity about the situation...u may say it is not worth watching but u can say it in a polished way if u wanna air ur views...

friend, Am a pakka kannadiga and a adamant fan of kannada movies. I have the habit of seeing all the good kannada movies. Even i felt Aramane, Inthi Ninna Prithya was way better than this movie. I felt bad just because i have seen rediff giving less stars for so many good movies compared to this.

I SAW Inthi Ninna Prithya with my friends. NObody told it is good.MM is top film in 2008. very, very goodmovie. There are some 1%micellaeneous persons like you, there opinion will be different.
Whatever it is, my heart is in LOVE WITH THIS MOVIE.. Somehow, it is saying I HAVE NOT SEEN A MOVIE LIKE THIS.. I am planning to watch it again.. Many here, who have watched & casted if off might call me crazy, but, still I'M LIKING MUSSANJE MAATHU LIKE ANYTHING.. Something is very fresh in this movie.. SUDEEP, RAMYA & ANU PRABHAKAR makes you feel for them.. 'ENAAGALI MUNDE SAAGU NEE..' song continues to echo in my mind.. In the recent times, apart from Munaagru maLe & Cheluvina Chittaara, none of the movies had made my eyes wet so much   ..
My only suggestion to anybody planning to watch MM, watch it with heart.. You will fall in love with it..
After watching the 1st half, I thought, it would be a BLOCKBUSTER.. But, in the 2nd half, pace slowed down with unnecessary sub plots & 2 extra songs.. Climax was also very, very good..
All in all, a VERY, VERY GOOD movie if not GREAT.. For me, it easily qualifies as the BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR for it's freshness in narration.. First half of the movie is really refreshing..
Before watching the movie you will have one of the following songs as your favourite viz., 'Ninna nodalentho.. ' , 'Kaddalu manasanna', 'Anuraaga aralo samaya', 'aadaasha bhoomi indu ..' ..
But, after watching the movie, it is 'ENAAGALI MUNDE SAAGU NEE..' song which keeps you haunting you like anything..
KITCHCHA IS SPLENDID AS EVER.. RAMYA IS UPTO THE MARK.. Only drawback of the movie is unnecessary sub plots in the second half.. But, otherwise, this is a REAL GOOD, CLEAN FAMILY ENTERTAINER..
RADIO JACKEY concept has been used superbly in the movie.. There are some really heart rendering moments in the movie which becomes a bit overdose in the second half.. NEENAASAM ASWATH in a cameo role rips your heart ..
ALL THE SONGS HAVE BEEN SHOT REALLY WELL.. For me, "ENAAGALI MUNDE SAAGU NEE" & "KADDALU MANASANNA" are the two songs which stand out..
I am really happy with this director MAHESH.. He has all the hall marks of becoming a great director if only he is bit cautious about going overboard on sentiments..
PLEASE DO NOT MISS THIS MOVIE .. WE NEED SUCH MOVIES &

whr r u from idiot, as name ur name itself says ur risky, better you becareful otherwise we kannadigas will hit u like a mad dog on the street
I am from Kerala and stayed in Karnataka for close to 8 years. But never used to watch kannada movies because they did not have anything new to offer, 90% of the movies were copied from other south Indian languages or Hindi. But now a days I see things are changing and few good/talented people are coming up with touching movies.
I think year 2007 was very important turning point for Kannada movie industry.
