Bengalis make terrible role models and nobody in their right mind would want to learn anything from them. So why so many of them flock to media, movies, and academics is plain annoying. First, they hold on to communism, an outdated regressive ideology. Majority of Bengalis have already given up their religion to embrace most regressive religion of all - Islam/Bangladesh. Other Bengalis pretend to worship mother power, but overwhelming majority of prostitutes/bargirls in all metros and abandoned widows at religious centers come mainly from Bengal. Now we are supposed to get lectures on gender issues from artsy movies made by such screwed Bongs. Thanks. But No Thanks. Bongs need to learn some basic values from rest of India. Else, rest of Bengal will be no different than Bangladesh,

the mostly hated charachtristics of bengali culture well acknowledged by the all regions in the country and history of India is their blind communism and naked opportunistic approach. agression and greed to expansion of communism is so strong in them that at times they refuse to accept the bond or attachments with fellow citizens and tend to incline culturallly towards the neighbouring countries.

This is just to have some fun and humor. I my self admire many Bengalis, Swami Vivekanad the most. I love R.D Burman's music.
Bengal have given India great saints, intellectuals, artists and enterpreuners.
Bengalis (minus dirty ccommunists and disasters thereof) is indeed a great community , wish Bongs in this forum here had some capacity to tolerate and accept humor / jokes.

the funniest is that freak Onir..he looks like a cross between an orangutan and an ape. His films are normally as confused too..dont know which genre they belong to..complete ripoffs or hiddenly stolen :) this guy above Stupido Chatto looks like he belongs behind a librarians desk in a boring library in the backlanes of jamshedpur or some place.
