Hi this is Anjum again,i had just gone through some peoples problem which are very minor problems,in my opinion to gain height do rope skipping,play basket ball as a sport,hold your hands with a support and hang by swinging for 3,4 min every day morning and evening for a month, you can see difference in your height.......

Hi jussi i am a 22 year f and I am too short my height is jut 4'8 I am really depressed about it and I am very depressed about. I have tried allot of things but it's of no use. I am still the same and I have lost hope now that I will ever become tall. I at least want to be of 5 feet. Could u please help me out? How do I contact u??? Is there any way? that I can gain height?
