man wat a voice farhan akthar got.....i never liked his voice ,i alwaz found it scratchy but i think thats only done magic from him. the movie looks great with a very young and refreshing feel to it..arjun rampal as usaual is looking stuning with his shdes on and in difrent colours vry new..purab is awesome man with hi goti on his is loking like on of the rockers kind..i think the movies mave not go on to make records but it will surely be apreciated ,same wat hapen with dil chaht hai .but this rock band seems to rock india with its songs and look..and yes before finishing this i must say prachi u have some future in bollywood say bye to tv serials and welcome to bollywood .rock on guys all the best
I certainly wish Rock On all the best for the success. Not many could have dared to make a movie with a storyline like this...But with Farhan around we can expect some rocking performance and commercial success as well...Cheers!
This movie looks promising.. A rock band story has never been tried before in Indian cinema and as long as Farhan is associated then it has to be some good material.

There was a movie called "Paanch". Even that was involved around an unsuccessful rock band, however, it had kay kay menon in the lead role. Everyone knows that Indian movies are more actor-oriented than character-oriented.

yaa hari... you are right.music of paanch was given by vishal bhardwaj,i think this movie music is truly represented rock bands.its one "mein khuda" is just awesome.

For your kind information the Sohail Khan starrer-Aryan though lying in the cans for long, did get released in mid 2006 & was a flop.So please check your facts before saying the movie never released.

u check ur facts better dude.It says Rock On is scheduled for an august release. The film is important for its director, Abhishek Kapoor, who made his debut with the Sohail Khan-starrer, Aryan. This means that Aryan was already released.
