1)Start serial name "K" doesnt matter if the word need that or not. 2)Show family of grt wealth multa-million doller 3)Show there is one Sati-savitri type Bahu, One Vemp (highly make up needed) and one basterd son 4)Show that the vemp wants to get Rich wealth of this family by playing some stupid games.
5) Show that the Bhau has faced so many challeges "jaise dunia ki sari challenges isi ne jehli ho".
6) Kill the son first than Make him alive after 15 days ..no matter if earlier we had the Funneral too.
7) Cammera should capture actors/actress face at almost every angle, show this repatedly

well said buddy...you forgot to mention that the vamp and other criminal associates should plan crimes like rape, murder, kidnaping etc. every now and then in so much casual way as if they are having peanuts with coffee so that the viewers will be convinced at the end that these are all ghar ghar ki kahani.

Seriously VS.... specially the serial SANTAAN on Star Plus...........GAWDDDDDDDDD!!!! The couple who play the Parents of teh Santaans look so so artificial , though the story is much better than those shitty balaji serials , but the Parents of the santaans do'nt even look like parents from any angle , specially the lady portraying the Mother , the way she speaks ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,YUCK!!!! its too naive and coy and sweeetttt to be true , nobody speaks like that in real life " Hum soch rahe thhey , Hum , hum hum" I guess the best serial on Indian television according to me was SIDDHANT , the one which was aired on STAR ONE and is being aired again nowadays(repeat), its a treat to watch that serial , another one is definitely SARABHAI v/s SARABHAI , such sophisticated and classy comedy .
All serials have male characters sitting like dummy where as it is the female who are dictating things either as the vamp & the other one who takes the challenge against her. Such things dont happen in real life, so woman fantasize such things & stay glued to the TV sets. Simple waste of time.... These days we dont have a single character like shreeram lagoo, benjamin gilani, jayant kriplani, shekhar kapoor, girish karnad, anju mahendru, kiddu gidwani etc. Only one serial Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai has some substance.
I dont kne which morons like to see thm... Atleast the Classes like to remanin away frm thm... i feel real sorry fr the masses also who have sch bad taste... to watch such poor quality... low on story line serials...
