Sir we miss you and your razor sharp dialogues. He has his own style and versatility. A man who has worked in a movie like boys, privom sandhipom, mudhalvan, vikram etc..

We miss you sir, Mr. Srirangam(His name is Rangarajan). And to many people he was the one who was the brain behind the development of Electronic Voting Machines..

He is a great man not only by his writing but in facets of life. I have developed myself in many ways of my life, after reading his fantastic novels, short stories, his experiences. I am sure there may be many like me. May his soul rest in peace and my heartest condolence message to his family members. Ravichandran

Sujatha

He redefined crime thriller writing and introduced the concept of science fiction in Tamil. His blend of humour and suspense was unique and caught the reader unaware. His humour was not boisterous but more of tongue-in-cheek and his plots were subtle and captivating. I and millions of Tamil readers will miss him sorely. May his soul rest in the Valhalla of writers, among his heroes and heroines.

Thought he would live forever:(

Assumed he was timeless like his writing:(
My dad proudly introduced his books to me and am eager to introduce his writing to my kids similarly.
His Appavin Austin and Srirangathu devadhaigal are for us to smile and Kagitha Changiligal was for tears.

I would say the movies got a break by his writing and not the other way round

Absolutely! I still cannot believe we would ever live to see a multi-faceted personality as Sujatha! Wow! He was a tech guy, can write anything from history to science fiction and excel in film dialogs and script! What a phenomenon! I still remember one of his best novels "kolayuthir kalam" which is an absolute delight for fiction readers. He had described "holograms" in that novel which is exactly the same concept used in Disneyland's mickey's show at the waterfront! All this is 1970s. What a costly miss! May his soul rest in peace.
