I watched da movie and he is fab....a RIGHT decesion....hats off, man.....you have done a real good job..in fact better than the leading roles....splendid acting and mesmerizing presence.....you are The Son of ur mom, u hv proved.....
Who does Raj Babbar think his son is. Though as a father its everybody's dream to launch his son as a full fledged actor, one should understand that if one's son is really talented, irrespective of any big launch, the lad will shine and get good movies. We have live examples of Mumtaz, Vinod Khanna, Mohanlal of Malayalam movies. Prateik is lucky that he has got a good break with a talented director and no doubt he has done a good job required for the character and people have appreciated it. What else can any father ask for ? Wishing that everybody has a dream successful debut like Rishi Kapoor or Amir Khan is asking for too much. There are many star sons who have sank without trace even after having their first big launch. Raj Babbar need to note that and help his son in selecting good scripts and characters and ask him to follow his mother's footsteps rather than his own. He has to pay tribute to his mother who was so famous even without playing any glamorous characters.

There are many star sons who have sank without trace even after having their first big launch.......one who falls in this catogory is Abhishek Bachchan & Harman Baweja
I think his decision is right....instead of getting launched in a over hyped movie which may end up in a disaster at Box Office....he has chosen to show his talent in a small role... BEST OF LUCK

hmm .so u think sidhaarth as uglY!! i pity on u.. plz go n watch some of his telugu moviees.. to name a few.. bommarillu n Nuvvostanante Nennodantaana.. u will get to know how he looks n what r his acting capabilties.. n when u r talkin about RDB.. so guys that was the role which he played in which it was meant to be..dont u think the character demandded a person who smoke constantly through out the film,spoil brat,collge guys who is not close with his family to b look like!! he did a splendi job .. plz watch his telugu movie!! N TO LET YOU KNOW FIRST A I FROM NORTH INDIA WHO IS WORKING IN HYDERABaD FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS ION S/W INDUSTRY N HERE IN WHOLE SOUTH SIDHARRTH IS SAID TO B JUST LIKE AMIR KHAN being choosy n perfectionist..n AMIR TOO APLUADED THIS GUYS BOTH PRATIEK N SID FOR THERE SPLENDI PERFORMANCES..!! Abey, Read carefully what he had written... He said ugly VERSION of siddarth, he did not say siddarth is ugly. Itna bada bashan dene se pehle apna dimaag ka thoda isthemaal karo.... & yeah if anyone says Siddarth looks ugly, he has to check his eyes with specialists...
