I read on AB's blog, even Ram Gopal Verma says that Raja Sen is a wannabe director, who goes to any extent if a producer is ready for him
Raja Sen is only available to review movies of YRF - giving 3 - 4 stars with good reviews or 1 - 2 stars for Bachchan movie thrasing the movie with avenging reviews.

Raja something from rediff is an aspiring director who hounds producers who are not willing to entertain him
I guessed it right. Hindi remakes or even original subject can never reach the simplicity and originality of Malayalam movies. The original of Mere Baap, Ishtam was so good and enjoyable with great performances by Dileep and the actor par excellence Nedumudi Venu that we could feel we were one of them. Added to that the songs were also beautiful. Why is Priyadarshan spoiling everybody's money if he can't make a decent comedy atleast.

Priadharshan is always a Xerox operator. We have seen his many malayalam movies here. Malayalis expelled him for it and he thinks Hindi world is best place to play his trick since they have NO BRAINS to think.

Atleast they ar becomin workers and gettin out of damn india, atleast dubai is better thn india.
Evn working as labours is much better over there thn in india.

for the start, all priyan's movies are remakes of malayalam movies. and being a mallu and having watched the originals, he is in better position to comment. it's not becoz he doesn't understand hindi.

you cant blindly blame priyadarshan for remakes.. in fact i felt hungama was a much better comedy than the malayalam original. sometimes he has to use non versatile actors for some roles.. eg salman khan has not done justice to the role in kyon ki..same case in some akshay kumar movies..worst case was bhool bhulayya.. i was shocked to see some of the very powerful scenes in malayalam version ending up as mediocre in this movie in spite of word by word translation due to substandard acting and may be carelessness from the director..
