I don't think Kamal cud b compared with any other stars. How many movies of Kamal can u list out in tamil n telugu. I think u can't. Have u watched his movies directed by Balachandar, vishwanth, sengeetham srinivas i think u haven't.He is a dictionary.
And about north Indian movies........u can list out very few. but u can't list out south Indians movies...thy r many. u can't evn imagine i guess. i guess y.janthi mala, vyheedha rehaman, hemalini, sridevi r actoress who ruled bollywood industry. thy have proud wat the south Indians r meant for. . mani ratham, ram gopal verma, shyam bengal r the most famous directors in Indian who directed in hindi. could u list out at 2-3 director of bollywood wrkd for south india. Abt the music director AR rehman u wud b knowing, he is frm south India. cud list out any frm north who got more crazy thn ARR. coming to acting i knw abt srk, amithab as am a hyderabadi have watchd many movies. did srk received any national award?
better u watch south movies n give ur comments tat wud b fine. I know thr performance. so thrs no comparion b/w south n north. north has to learn more frm south.its better thy show thr tallent in acting rather thn concentrating on some thing else.

Mr. Michael,

Did you notice one thing in the movies you mentioned?? AAMIR KHAN, every movie you have mentioned is done by AAMIR KHAN. If AAMIR KHAN was an actor in Tamil Industry or telugu or kannada...etc, I am sure all these movies would have been a BIG HIT.
THE EXCELLENCE OF WORK LIES IN THE INDIVIDUAL AND HIS COMMITMENT AND NOT IN A LANGUAGE OR REGION.

Hope you are grown up now after reading this....

Dear Michael,
let me name some good movies from south.
Angali(the film that started this trend of making quality movies)
Chandramukhi( bhoolbhulliya in hindi...takes us away from superstition.)
most good movies in bollywood are from south or hollywood.
dil chahta hain is a good movie but not a great story...its just a different movies.

Bhoolbhulliya is not an tamil movie.. the first version of it was released in malayalam in the early 90's starring mohanlal and Shobana... then made in kannada and then tamil and hindi.

Hi,

Just now watched Dasavatharam . It was great and I really feel very much proud to have a actor like Kamal Hassan - he has proved that he is the one and only best in Indian film industry.

The concept which he had handled in the movie is not a simple one and he had taken lots of efforts for this as he had played four roles - Story, Screenplay , Writer and also as an Actor .

I am sure Tamil film industry has reached the levels equal to that of Hollywood films. This film will be as an example.

Just see this movie and after that i don't hve to tell anything where have we reached - u will understand that on ur own.

since the film's budget is very huge, thats why kamal is releasing the movie in 3 languages so that he can recover the cost of the movie by having a large audience for his movie.

Dont throw ur nonsense words about Sivaji Collections.Entire India accepted about Sivaji's success.
Ur views are showing of ur rotten jealous. Suppose u r a kamal fan, try to write about good things of Dasa. dont compare others movies.Sivaji already proved of its grand success.
