that is how culture evolves and innovations take place.

you can refer to mallika sherawat who is a specialist in creating blouses from ladies' handkerchiefs.

She is wearing saree in lungi style. Send her to Mallika Sherawat, she can prepare her in such a dress with upside down blouse & low waiste saree.
