Samaantar does not appear to be in the catagpry of Golmaal and Chitchor. The name suggests some incomprehensible serious stuff. If Amitabh could make a fine second innings, why not Amol, in entertaining roles suitable to his age? He may make sequels of yesteryear's movies. He is certainly talented enough for it.

you forget one thing all his movies in old times like choti si baat,golmaal are directed by legends of hindi cinema...no doubt he is good director but to touch those hights will be impossible.....it was hrishida who brought best out of him...
