The film was awesome seriously i truly enjoyed every bit of the film.Cheers to Aamir Khan,Imran Khan,Genelia and Abbas..... keep the good going ... Cheers again...
I saw the movie last night and I couldnt understand what the hype was all about?Except for some decent performances by some supporting casts(the girl who played Meghna and Ayaz Khan),there was nothing much to write home about.Genelia needs some acting and diction lesssons,Imran was okay,but the boy has a lot of charm.And the movie was too long for its own good..

Totally agree...d movie is a total waste of time..neither cud he present friendship btw d two well nor LOVE...but gud performances by the co actors..n sum funny moments..dats all d movie by "Aamir Khan" has got to offer..

Completely agree with you Anup..i would say very that JNYJN is a very ordinary movie with some decent performances specially from Prateik Babbar but Genelia really needs some diction lessons..

its just a feel good movie,worth watching once.. but as usual they are trying hard to depict it has a cult classic..it explains alot abt current bollywood standard which has become a flop factory oflate!
This Movie story is copy of South Movie "Nuvve Kaavali", This Movie many scenes are copied from "Gang Leader", "Gudumba Shankar", "Khansha Khasham", "Badri" and "Toli Prema".
This Movie Presentation is copy from Telugu Movie "Bommarilu", BTW I am not South Indian.I have not seen it but have known thru Friends and People in Rediff that this Movie is a Big Copycat.

and moreover..the AIDS scene in jaane tu..which was also in 'Gudumba Shankar' might not be a coincidence, cause the Script Writer/Consultant for Gudumba Shankar was Abbas Tyrewala himself!

Why don't you watch the movie first and decide?! You are being a "copycat" by just copying your friend's comments. Nuvve Kaavali was already remade into Hindi. There are a zillion other love stories with similar plot and end at the airport, but the dialogues, acting and presentation make this movie click. Bommarilu's presentation was great but it has nothing to do with this movie's presentation.

Please watch the movie first, babu! Bommarillu is being remade into Hindi but it not this one. Genelia will be acting in that movie too. Yes that song, "kabhi kabhi" sounds a little similar to "appudo ippudo"...that's about it.

and by the way, there wasn't anything great about the movie. the presentation was slightly 'hatke', but overall very ordinary story.
