I don't agree with your above review. The movie was excellent, unique, something different that ever bollywood did, interesting script with best songs & music. ( I saw it 3 times in cinema and didn't get enought of it yet) and got ( lots of things to offer and not, as u mentioned in your review, that LS2050 has nothing much to offer!!) What?!! JTYJN then had so much to offer?!! the stupidist movie which I've seen this year and so much hype, crazy pple loved it "blindly" which - for me - was just like comparing "Welcome" the crap movie with Taare Zameen Par which was excellent!
Guys did anyone feel this new dude Harman went overboard with the "copy hrithik thingie"? I mean his shirt colors were also the same.And in the milo na milo song he even did almost the saaaaame dance steps with the gauzy black top as E-mere-dil song from kaho na pyaar hain.His hairstyles were the saaaaame.ok i know u ppl get it by now.wow I hope poor Hrithik doesnt get stalked by the Baweja clan.Also the saaaaame kinda hair highlights heh heh.
one of d worst movies ever seen....much hyped but not at all worth it...poor acting....story is very cheap used in such a big banner movie...bad direction...abt HARMAN, he's only got dancing skills and nothing else....music,wat can u expect frm anu malik??
His first is bombed at the box office but he has been signed by 2 masterpiece directors. Ashutosh gowrikar (laggan,swades & jodha akbar fame) and Sanjay leela banshali (khamoshi, hum dil de chuke sanam, devdas, black, saawariya fame). Wait n watch he might prove is acting skills in this film. bcoz both the director had made outstanding movies with outstanding performance from their actor. Its to early to say about harman. If directors of this calibre has signed him there will be something him which they want to showcase which might prove his acting skill. Rememember Abhishek B has strings of flops before Mani Ratnam gave him yuva & guru which proved is acting skills.
There was a discussion bfre the release of the movie who is going to be next superstar. My view is IMRAN IS THE SUPERSTAR OF 2007 AND HARMAN IS THE SUPERSTAR OF 2050.
Seen Movie yesterday not a bed movie for seeing one time. Very good Special Affects first time used in any Indian or Bollywood Movie History ever. Good Family Movie.
Harry Baweja must have been paid by makers of Asprin to make a movie like this, I am surprised they do not have stalls outside the movie theaters to sell asprin tablets to people
I dont how some one could have expected better from Harry Baweja, AS far as harman baweja is concerned , you feel like running when he opens his mouth. He lacks the style and grace in dancing like Hritik and cant act at all. OVERHYPED!!!!!
I had seen this movie in Sharada (A.C.) theatre at Vizag. The movie has been taken by hero Harman Baweja's father to make him a great star. No doubt, Harman looks great in everything he does. But, the problem is with the story line. If his dad could have concentrated either in Harman's love or in Science Fiction, the movie could have been much better. Because he mixes both in this film, after interval, I was yawning and just waiting for the movie to get over. The second half is toooooooo long and no doubt, boring. But technically speaking, the photography, editing, special effects during the year 2050, all are world class and deserves whole hearted appreciation. Priyanka Chopra looks beautiful in hundreds of colourful costumes throughout the movie. But as far as acting is concerned, nothing very extra-ordinary. Still, worth watching once atleast for the newcomer Harman Baweja. He is simply superb.
