Saw the movie yesterday in South Australia in an audience which included the Premier of SA (who by the way has a 2 second role in one of the song sequences) and wish I could time travel and get out of there. If you ever want to know how low a movie can get, see this movie - its a must watch. For after watching this movie, u can rate all future and past movies according to the trash scale. Yes, I bet no movie can get lower than this. At one point of time just wanted to get out of the theatre but resisted as that would have meant asking everybody else to move their feet. What on earth made Baweja down millions of dollars down the train. And is his IQ that low that he could come up with a movie that could be written better by a 6 year old. Is that the best one can do for a son? Seriously, if you really are the most bored person on earth see it. Otherwise not worth spending a cent on it. Luckily I got a free pass and the food and chocolates served in the premier show were the highlights of the show. As for the movie, if u believe that in 42 years, all cars would be flying, every home would have a robotic maid and there won't be one poor person in Mumbai, well go for it. And in 42 years if you believe that Bollywood songs could get so trashy as in the movie, then go for it too. I have no complaints against the acting of any of the actors. There's only so much you can act in a stupid movie. Just feel sorry for Harman, bad luck that his retarded story-writer dad had to be the direct

Any positives - yes the CGI were great done all here in Australia and the first half was shot beautifully in Adelaide and SA. esp. the scenes in Kangaroo Island. That makes it worth going. But you can see that in any tourist video of SA, why see a bollywood movie. If I were to give a rating, I would love to give it a -10. My verdict - THE WORST MOVIE EVER MADE IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND.

Why not make a realistic movie which you can believe? I would never criticise something like Dil Chahta Hai, DDLJ or something that sensible and emotional which proves I do have feelings. And I love sci-fi, but where was the story line and why go to 2050 to save Priyanka when you can go 3-4 days in the past? I suppose my brain refused to get dysfunctional to see and understand the movie. That's why I did not enjoy it as much as all others here.

Stop criticizing Mr.Raja....ur article seems to be underrated by all readers..u should get a lesson from these reviews that u cannot mount your thinking over others heads.....take care of urself..otherwise harman is going to kick u .....

raja sen is plain jealous. he wanted to patao priyanka but she slapped him and asked him to et lost. he then tried to fore himself on her but was beaten up by harman which is when priyanka fell in love with harman. being young harman couldn't keep his hormones in control and soon they were found cuddling and smooching each other, which raja saw one day in film city. raja could not contain his jealousy any more and wanted to get back at harman and his hormones and hence this review. raja tera to baj gaya baaja
1. The movie isnt bad to watch, at some times you may find it slow, but which movie isnt today. 2. Acting of Harman is the plus point,I mean its his first movie and he has done commendable job. 3.His dancing skills are better than most of the so called dancers today. 4.The costumes, setups and ideas for scifi are different.
I have seen people criticising the movie and going gaga over Jane tu Ya Jane Na, I mean its like comparing apples and oranges.
Any newcomer can be launched with a college story as its a best gamble, unlike Hrithik and Abhishek who were launched unconventionally and so has been Harman.
I am neither a fan nor a friend of Harman or any of the stars and havent been paid to write this stuff but giving a personal opinion.
Enjoy the movie like any other Star Wars or Hollywood movie which can be quite a drag in some places but we still praise them.

Star wars had the right elements in them and the directors knew wht they wer doing and why audiences will like this movie. Its the same w/other sci-fi flicks tht hollywood has made, its either based on sci-fi novels or entirely made by the writers imagination. But those movies are rarely presented in a dumb way, its presented w/ obviously in a fictionalizd way and to take the audiences to anthr world, while still keeping them glued from beginnin-end.
LS2050 had a love story and all of the cast and also the director declined its a sci-fi movie in the first place, they said its a love story presented thru time and the tagline is love is eternal.
Evrything in the movie did not connect from the 1st half and 2nd half, as it ws just any other love story. The visuals were just the icing on the cake and the script ws totally flawless. They could hav not make it a love story, instead thy could hav made it somethin diffrnt and better.
