Really Ronit Roy doing a great job. His expressions fit perfectly into the character.Keep up the good job... Thanx Ekta U selected the most important lead role of Mahabharat to such a good artist.
old mahabharat must be broadcasted in some other channel serial at the same time this new mahabharat serial is broadcasted.Then Which Mahabharat serial people would prefer.

old will win hands down. the best about the old mahabarath was its pace. i suspect the new one would be dragging as per the trend of current day serials.

I suppose there is no concept of audition and casting in Indian TV... He read the script and picked a role he wanted to do and she said yes, wow amazing how things work in India.
Ekta Kapoor is making "Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki " i.e. her own version of Mahabharat? Then she would add more characters of her imagination and make it Maha Mahabharat.

Maybe we will have a Married Bheshma in this mahabharat or maybe Bheshma will come to life and bless the Pandavas or Maybe Krishna will side the kauravas... Anytime is expected from Balaji... even Darupadi's saree is in danger here
Ekta Kapoor told me that she was making a spectacular Mahabharat, and I said that I would love to be part of the show. I read the Mahabharat, and was convinced that if there was a character I wanted to play, it had to be Bhishma. I sent an SMS to Ekta and told her that I wanted to play Bhishma. She agreed.
This is how they select the actors to play the part...hahahah....gr8:)

ya forget to mention ...that this guy has secured his berth by palying bhisma...as this charcters comes almost first in the mahabharat and dies at last...so if this serial going to alst for 2000 episodes this guy has the bulls eye ...a steady source of income...pension pakki hai...

are nahi bhai.....ekta kapoor ka kya bharosa ........at least 4-5 actors honge reserve me har role ke liye.......aaj ronit roy kal kya pata kaun hoga bheesma......havent u learnt from the Mihir experience.....
why he should be nervous...ek to acting ka kam nahi padega...lot of music and close ups and spcial effects...or shayad who knows ekta kapoor has diff plan to reveal something spcial abt female charcters..like dropdietc..which even Vays didnt know while telling it :)

Now Ekta Kapoor will transform Mahabharat into "Mahabharat of Women" and the name of the serial will be "Kyunki Yeh Hai Mahabharat". Everybody will forget the original Mahabharat.
