It is sad that it has become the norm to drag actors names through the mud after they have died. How long will we continue to do this? Princess Di is a good example, 10 years gone, and the press still gossips & speculates. The guy is dead- leave him alone. Hasn't he already paid the ultimate price?

I just hope he only sees the positive things people are saying about him as he looks down from heaven. And I hope that he has finally found peace and privacy and an eternal vacation from his hectic life.
I think it is disgusting not only because you are making him out be a drug addict but also you are ruining his name and when his child grows up she will continue to hear about daddys so called drug addiction. This is not news this is gossip. you make me sick.

I totally agree with you buddy! I have nothing else to say but only that there is a HUGE different between social comments and gossip...I think I'm starting getting used to the fact of how many stupid and sneaky people exist on this planet..And yes! Think of the MATILDA and the family! Stop destroying the good memory of such a kind handsome man, talented actor and GREAT father! Just stop doing this for God's sake! You don't have any proved clues! You just talk talk talk..This is pure SPECULATION.(!)
This is ridiculous, everyone has problems. Whether he has done illegal drugs or not the fact is Heath is dead, and probably not from using illegal drugs. So why bring this up? This is a time of mourning for family, friends, and fans. The toxicology report will give us the answers, until then stop speculating!

I think is a load of bull that the press takes the littlest thing about pills being at the residense as a drug overdose and blow it into this big drug related media frenzy.Fact is he died ,it is very sad , and it was all probably a accident.Leave it alone already with the Drug addict stuff .I agree wait for the toxicology report.
"Rediff Entertainment Bureau" ... You should have taken the high road. Speculation and innuendo is not news and shouldn't pass for entertainment. Pathetic.
Whatever happened to the days where we paid respect to people that passed away? Seriously. Remove this article. It's nothing more that hearsay and so disrespectful to his family and friends. So what if he had the occasional line of coke. None of us are angels.
to publish baseless conclusions like this is actually degrading the reputation of the site. All of a sudden rediff is into gossiping baseless info. Hope u'll did not check out the statement by his father claiming the heroin facet false Please remove the article
Why is it when there is a tragedy people have to bring out the worst in people. The video does not show Heath Ledger physically using drugs... Not saying he was a saint.. who is... but, let the man go ... let his family have a time to grieve without being punished any further .. havent they suffered enough?
