Y do u unnecessarily drag rajni here...u r reviewing Rambo...Tis shows u r biased and not fit to be critic...u r an idiot and ur parents should take all the blame...
Please go n stand in front of the mirror, look at urself, raiseur finger at ur face in the mirror n ask urself "who the bloody hell am I to criticise a movie like this? Do I have the capacity? Shall I continue this work or go n sell popcorns in theatres so that atleast those people who really enjoy movies can have some RAJA SEN POPCORNS"
This movie is one of the Best I have seen. Stallone has done a very good job & He actually fits in the role & has given full justice to it. The review Raja Sen has given is "Crap". It shows his taste in movies. How can such people with less knowledge of movies rate movies and mislead others.

"Go die" is harsh, man.
That being said, I find this review baffling. The movie is tight, gritty and frequently exhilarating, with not a single wasted scene or pointless aside. Although if action is not your thing, this movie's not for you.
This film is great.....the music, the cinematography, the locale and the cuts all are great !!! you will know how good was the editing of this film when you see the arrows thudding into the bodies of the burmese soldiers when the 4 merceneries sent out to bring back the missionaries did not venture into the open for fear of vengeance of the burmese army.....the arrival of a decisive Rambo on the scene is just brilliant.....another scene where the direction an shot were excellent was Rambo appearing behind the burmese soldier behind a rapid fire MM submachine gun loaded on a jeep which the soldier was training on the captured mercenaries...it seemed that all was lost and the mercenaries would be killed but the appearance of Rambo behind the burmese soldier and the accompanying music is just superb.....do watch this film.....it is value for money.....after having missed watching all three previous Rambo films in a theatre as I was too small at that time I am glad to have caught a Rambo film on the big screen with dolby digital sound !!! catch this film before it disappears !!!
Do you even know to what genre Rambo belongs to? Its called 'Action' with a capital 'A'. Know your place in history when you review this movie. Its a throwback to the 80's with a healthy dose of gritty, war-driven 21st century realism to the violence in it. My wife who watched Rambo with me could understand this. Maybe you need to give the job to her, step back and start watching tearjerkers and maybe you'll find an 'Action' setpiece there worthy of your embarrassingly poor grasp of film making.
Now to the real review. Stallone has made a movie where you are not just watching, but feel like you are in the dead center of a carnage unfolding in a war-torn part of Burma. The pacing of the movie is just about right with Stallone building up a good case in the first thirty minutes to justify the gut-wrenching violence which follows at a breakneck pace. Dialogues are minimal and to the point and Stallone expresses more with his sullen stare, crooked scowl and understated body language. The action set pieces are gripping, extremely violent and more realist than the ones in Saving Private Ryan. Stallone is in fantastic physical shape and plays Rambo like only he can. As one critic says, he looks ageless and indestructible like a boulder. The film is markedly different from the current crop of watered-down action movies with intense and unapologetic portrayals of combat, genocides, torture and mass murders. Suffice to say, there is none alive to portray Rambo better than Stallone.

Very well said buddy..This raja sen surely has got 3 screws loose. He has got to get treatment immediately for this... can't believe he wrote this line in his review And there aren't even any great action set-pieces to make up for the total predictibility. UNBELEIVABLE... IF ANYONE WANTS TO KNOW WHAT RAJA SEN IS ALL ABOUT PLS READ HIS REVIEW ON OSO..TOTALLY NUT CASE.

Raja Sen is the 'most hated critic' that I have ever heard of, and this review tells us why. This weirdo criticizes a very good action film in an unreasonable fashion. It makes one question whether Mr.Sen has ever watched any of the'Rambo' films (including this one). The movie abounds in violence but it keeps the audience absorbed right till the end. This movie was not meant to breathe 'life; into Rambo's character. It is just another episode in his life where he accepts that he was meant to be a 'soldier'. I strongly recommend the readers not to be carried away by Mr.Sen's opinionated and hypercritical review.
