grow up you narrow minded git, you should be dissolved in caustic and this HRK in sulphuric acid.
It is people like you who keep women backwards.
ask your family female where and who they spend their time with.
I give you an advice , wrap your women in a silk cloth, and pu them in a box and lock them in a bank vault.
No one will ever touch them there.

I thought she looked great. As for the moral police, much of temple sculpture would qualify as even more revealing. Indians need to grow up. Stop blaming western culture. Westerners have their own ethics and norms suited to their lifestyle. Culture is not static. It is very dynamic. If Indian culture is threatened by skimpily clad women, it is very weak. I don't believe it is weak. Take this in your stride and move on. The people who are making such a big issue of this issue are either perverted voyeurs or people with plenty of time on hand. There are so many more serious issues. Just move on.

it will depend on whether my mother, wife, sister etc would want to wear that dress.. wearing or not wearing a cloth is a woman's choice not mans. and people dont have to be reminded of their moms and sisters when talking/thinking about womens body if you do i guess you may have problem in giving child birth.

When will Indians stop asking what their fellow countrymen should do or not do?
by Raja Subramanium on Jan 17, 2008 05:19 PM  | Hide replies

Our country may have developed in many areas, but the development of the rusted minds has not happened in the last 60 years of Independence! A pity! Only when that happens, will India become a really developed country.

It is the organizations such as this katchis, run by the old fools is the one whose brains need de- rusting.
What were they doing watching the film festival in the first place.
What about all another film actresses
s wearing small dresses.
I bet these morons wanted Shriya to entertain them and she refused, that was there idea to punish her.
What a bunch of fools.
