Well, my personal choice is hyderabad blues cos it potrayed the reality of an NRI who comes back to india in a very comical way. besides, nagesh himself looked so cute and charming!!!!!
Its very hard to pick up the best...except Hyderabad Blues 2 and Bollywood Calling all his films have been real gems. Each one has its own plus points : 1. Rockford : simple storyline, great performances. Anybody who has ever stayed in a hostel would love the movie. And awesome music and background score adds all the more to the movie 2. Iqbal : One of the best sports movies ever made in Bollywood (one of the rare ones which doesn't drift way from the central theme of sports). Great performances by Shreyas Talpade and Nasiruddin Shah 3. Teen Deewarein :Great movie !!!! Unpredictable ending. Again wonderful performance from nasiruddin shah

he is the next satyajit ray and shyam benegal..i love nagesh's movies...directors like nagesh are the only hope for bollywood...not bhansali and karan johars

yes..it was a remkae of malayalam film....but making a remake & giving a success is such a hard task...it may not be his original idea..but his direction and capability to extract best performances is undoutable...i love hyderabad blues,iqbal,bollywood calling,teen deewarein,dor,rockford and all...
