Ban the organisation!!!
by on Jan 21, 2008 11:02 AM  | Hide replies

Such low thinking, good for nothing regional parties will do no good to any one... especially to Hindus. The taking up of such silly issues will only help in degrading the religion which boasts of vast cultural diversivity. Being a Hindu, I feel ashamed by the barbaric activities of this party.

Another way of becoming famous by doing nothing
by Passed on Jan 16, 2008 10:54 PM

This is the cheapest (Both monetary and morally) way of getting publicity. Target some celebrity for doing something which has no impact on whatsoever and claim that it affected your culture and morality and what not of the whole society. The same people won't miss the chance of staring at females with the worst possible things going on in their mind, watch movies to see things like this, and talk in the same nonsense languages..I hope media downplay such cheap stunts, otherwise from every where there people will come to play the role of moral police.

i am still trying to understand the relevance between Shriya's dress and Hindu Culture! I believe in Hinduism more than anything, but this is beyond reason! people should be allowed to wear what they want.

well.celebrities are always focussed for their acts..of course they get applauds if they do good things(good is here what their fans like) and they have to receive when the same people think that their favorite is doing something they don't like.in fact they are ought to, as they influence masses in someway...coming to culture/tradition or dress code of indians. every country will have its own culture and its people love it and respect it, for what ever it matters for others is,..one can not simply (atleast celebrities)deny it (google for indian culture and dresscode to know if you really want or see sivaji movie for shiryas introduction scene and the dress she wears there is one of indias traditional dress, india is greatly diversified in tradition and culture).wearing the dress that interests u is not the problem rather the context in which u do is important..one can not simply go in to a temple(atleast indian temples) wearing slippers every one respects it because it's tradition/culture what ever u say..going into public when every one likes to see you, the way they want is a sensitive matter and the celebrities have to use their discretion in doing so..

A decent dress would not show up genetial and chest area. Shreya wants to show up her stuff. Who cares for these high class prost..utes. They want to showup to make as much of money as long as the short lived youth lasts. Hindu Munnani needs to focus on burning issues like conversion and Ram Sethu and not on these petty issues...

Does HMK believe in Taliban's Code for women?
by SANJEEV KUMAR on Jan 16, 2008 04:47 PM

We shouldn't have double standards- actresses wearing western dresses in Films are Ok, but not in real life ! Looks like HMK following Taliban's code for women.
